Four firms behind largest FIBRA E offering

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, Paris and London and Jones Day (Mexico) have helped the state-owned concessionaire behind Mexico City's new six-runway airport raise 30 billion pesos (US$1.6 billion) through the country's largest-ever FIBRA E trust offering.
