Former Torres, Plaz partner joins public law department of Macleod Dixon

Former partner of Venezuelan firm Torres, Plaz & Araujo Luis Ernesto Andueza has joined Macleod Dixon (Venezuela) in Caracas. Andueza is to head the public law and regulatory department, which encompasses the constitutional, administrative, tax and administrative litigation, regulatory and antitrust areas. This brings the total number of partners at Macleod to 8, with 24 lawyers.
