Forastieri helps Actinver manage Mexican IPO

Forastieri Abogados SC has helped Mexico City-based brokerage and investment bank Corporación Actinver issue shares on Mexico's Bolsa stock exchange, marking the second IPO in Mexico since the global financial crisis.
