Five firms steer Brazilian auto loan receivables purchase

The São Paulo offices of Perlman Vidigal Godoy Advogados, Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados and TozziniFreire Advogados have helped Brazilian financial services company Omni and Canadian counterpart Credigy purchase auto loan credit receivables from Société Genérale-owned Banco Pacúnia.
