Five firms kick off project finance backing solar power in Uruguay

Clifford Chance LLP’s Madrid and New York offices and Uruguay’s Guyer & Regules and Sanguinetti Foderé Abogados have helped Spain's Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) become the first company to secure project finance for a large-scale solar plant in Uruguay.
