Five firms in Venezuelan oil buy

White & Case LLP, acting through its Singapore, London and New York offices, and Venezuela’s Rodriguez & Mendoza have advised Indonesia’s national oil company, PT Pertamina, in the purchase of Harvest Natural Resources’ stake in a joint venture with Venezuelan state-owned oil company PDVSA.
