Five firms in Minerva debt offering

Minerva Luxembourg, as issuer, and Brazil’s Minerva Foods, as guarantor, have received counsel from Stocche Forbes Padis Filizzola Clapis Advogados in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, White & Case LLP in São Paulo and New York and Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg for the issuance of debt, worth US$300 million.
