Firms close second leg of CCR’s triple airport buy

Brazil’s Machado Associados - Advogados e Consultores and the São Paulo and New York offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP have helped Companhia de Concessões Rodoviárias (CCR), one of Latin America’s leading infrastructure concession groups, close its acquisition of a stake in Costa Rica’s San José airport, months after the Brazilian company bought a similar interest in Quito international airport and with negotiations to buy a stake in Curaçao expected to close in a matter of weeks.
