Fines follow first leniency agreement in Peru

Peru’s competition watchdog fined two toilet paper makers and 14 managers on 5 April for fixing prices – a case that involves both the largest fine handed out by the Peruvian enforcer and its first leniency agreement that has resulted in a penalty.
