Ferrero and Miranda win call centre labour dispute

Peruvian firms Ferrero Abogados and Miranda & Amado Abogados have helped two call centre companies win a court ruling confirming that the country's leading telecoms union is not allowed to launch collective bargaining negotiations with their businesses.
