Ferrero Abogados in Doe Run Perú tax win

Ferrero Abogados has helped miner Doe Run Perú win a favourable judgement from a tax court, exempting it from paying local taxes on international mineral sales, the first of several disputes to be resolved between mining companies and the tax authorities.
