Ferrere sets precedent in labour dispute case

Uruguay’s Ferrere has helped the operator of the container terminal at Montevideo Port Terminal Cuenca del Plata (TCP) win a dispute with the port workers union - which the firm claims will provide a blueprint for how similar disputes are dealt with in the future.
