Ferrere sees attachment lifted in Comercial litigation

Ferrere Abogados has helped JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse and Dresdner Lateinamerika - three former shareholders of the now defunct Banco Comercial - lift an attachment over a US$170 million credit they have against Uruguay.
