Ferrere advises banks in second Comercial win

Ferrere Abogados has helped three former shareholders and bond underwriters of Banco Comercial, Uruguay's largest private bank until its collapse in 2002, win a case brought by a former Banco Comercial bondholder in a Uruguayan bankruptcy court.
