Familiar firms return for CFE’s inaugural sustainable bond offering
Mexican state-owned electricity group Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) has turned to Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and Washington, DC and local firm Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, SC to issue its inaugural sustainable notes, worth US$1.75 billion.
