Familiar firms line up for Warburg Pincus’ latest Santander buy

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in London and New York, Brazil’s Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez SC in Mexico and Spain’s Garrigues have helped private equity group Warburg Pincus make its second purchase of businesses owned by Banco Santander in Latin America.
