Falck acquisition allows Danish company to expand in LatAm

Colombia's Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados SA has advised Falck, a health, safety and survival services provider, in the acquisition of a majority stake in EMI Group – a move signaling the expansion of the Danish company into Latin America.
