Estudio O´Farrell advises in Telefónica reorganisation in Argentina

On March 30, 2001 the shareholders of Telefónica de Argentina approved the reorganisation by which mobile and data transmission services were transferred to Telefónica Móviles Argentina and Advance. The companies will be listed in the Argentine stock exchange and will be controlled by Telefónica Moviles, S.A. and Telefónica Datacorp SA.
