Espaçolaser becomes Brazil’s first listed beauty services company

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in São Paulo and New York and local firm Lefosse Advogados have helped Brazil’s largest laser hair removal company, Espaçolaser, raise 2.3 billion reais (US$425 million) in an IPO on the B3 stock exchange, making it the country’ first publicly traded beauty services company.
