Eneva acquires Brazilian power plant for US$2.2 billion

Brazilian electricity company Eneva has hired Campos Mello Advogados in cooperation with DLA Piper to buy the Porto de Sergipe power plant for 10.2 billion reais (US$2.2 billion) from New Fortress Energy and Ebrasil.
