Energisa makes ‘first of its kind’ issuance in Brazil

Brazilian energy company Energisa has turned to Clifford Chance LLP and Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados to advise on a bond issuance that is the "first of its kind" for a corporate entity in Brazil.
