Endo enters LatAm with Mexico pharma acquisition

US pharmaceutical company Endo International has turned to Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez SC and the New York and London offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP to acquire Mexico's Grupo Farmaceutico Somar in a bid to take advantage of rapid growth in Latin America’s pharmaceutical sector in the coming years.
