Endesa buys Southern Cross’ stake in GasAtacama

Morales & Besa in Santiago and Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen & Martínez de Hoz (h) in Buenos Aires have helped Chilean electricity generator Endesa acquire Southern Cross’ remaining stake in their energy joint venture, GasAtacama, bringing to a close an earlier dispute over a breach of a shareholders’ agreement.
