Eleven firms help form LatAm industrial gas heavyweight

Chile’s Carey, Argentina’s M & M Bomchil Abogados, Colombia’s Posse, Herrera & Ruiz, Ecuador’s Pérez Bustamante & Ponce Abogados and Peru’s Payet Rey Cauvi have helped US company Air Products and Chemicals obtain a stake in Chile-based Indura, the largest independent industrial gas company in Latin America.
