Eletrobras turns to Hogan Lovells for corruption probe
Brazilian state-owned electricity provider Eletobras has drawn on Hogan Lovells LLP’s São Paulo and Washington, DC offices to investigate whether the company’s corporate practices violated the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act after becoming the latest company to be implicated in the sprawling anticorruption investigation centred on state-owned oil exploration company Petrobras.
