Electronic registration of direct investments in Brazil

Resolution No. 2997, issued by the Central Bank of Brazil on August 15 2000 introduces the rules of the Brazilian National Monetary Council (CMN) for the electronic registration of foreign direct investments in Brazil, through the Information System of the Central Bank of Brazil (SISBACEN).
