EFE returns to Rebaza Alcázar for first bonds

Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas Abogados Financieros has helped Financiera Efectiva, the financial arm of Peruvian holding company EFE Group, issue bonds worth US$32 million in the local capital market.
