Ecuador and Colombia settle over aerial spraying damage

Ecuador has reach a settlement with Colombia over a long-running lawsuit over aerial fumigation conducted under Colombian anti-drugs policy on the border of the two countries, which allegedly destroyed crops in rural Ecuador.
