EcoRodovias raises US$345 million

Brazil's Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados have helped state-owned motorway operator EcoRodovias Concessões e Serviços raise US$345 million (600 million reais) through its first debt issuance on Brazil's capital markets.
