DoJ FCPA senior to keynote at Anti-Corruption Conference

James Koukios, senior deputy chief of the fraud section in the Criminal Division of the United States Department of Justice (DoJ) is to appear as the keynote speaker at Latin Lawyer’s Second Annual Anti-Corruption and Investigations Conference, to be held in São Paulo on 16 October – marking a very rare conference appearance by the DoJ in Latin America.
