DLA Piper and Rebaza Alcázar in Grupo Elektra’s Peruvian exit

DLA Piper (Peru) has helped Mexico’s Grupo Elektra sell all of its shares in Banco Azteca’s Peruvian operations, marking its exit from Peru.
