Disputes and investigations to explode, says new FTI LatAm head

Latin America’s current left-wing governments are greener than their predecessors, which will benefit the energy transition and ESG agenda in the region, but disputes between sovereigns and multinationals along with corruption investigations are likely to explode, suggests Michael Cullen, FTI Consulting’s new Latin America head for forensic and litigation consulting.
