Differences over institutionalisation drive Creel Abogados and Creel García-Cuéllar separation

Differences in opinion over the most appropriate path to institutionalisation were at the heart of the disagreement at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez SC which saw a third of the partnership set up Creel Abogados on Monday, once again highlighting the challenges of building an institution in Mexico’s legal market.
