Dias Carneiro, Pinheiro Neto and Reed Smith in wind farm financing

Three Brazilian wind farms owned by French renewables company Voltalia have turned to Dias Carneiro, Arystóbulo, Flores, Sanches and Thomaz Bastos Advogados in São Paulo and Reed Smith LLP in Paris to obtain finance worth US$137 million from national development bank BNDES.
