Dias Carneiro and Motta Fernandes in Chinese telecoms financing

Brazil’s Dias Carneiro Advogados and White & Case LLP have helped China Development Bank (CDB) provide a US$500 million credit facility to telecoms company Nextel do Brasil, described as one of the largest ever export credit agency financings in Latin America.
