Demarest helps Fibria in “unique” land sale

Demarest Advogados has helped Brazilian pulp and paper company Fibria raise US$693 million by selling over 30 percent of its land to agribusiness investment group Parkia Participações, while retaining the right to farm and to some products harvested.
