Demarest e Almeida and Martinez Rodriguez assist Philips in Brazilian and Mexican acquisitions

Philips Lighting BV has acquired from Axa SA de CV de México 100 per cent of the capital stock of its Brazilian and Mexican subsidiaries Helfont Produtos Elétricos Ltda and Lumisistemas de Mexico SA de CV. The transaction closed on September 17.
