Demarest e Almeida advises IDB structuring investment fund

Demarest e Almeida Advogados recently assisted the Inter-American Development Bank, acting through its Multilateral Investment Fund, in the structuring of a new investment fund, in line with Brazilian Securities & Exchange Commission (CVM) Instruction No. 209, which governs investments in the so-called emerging companies in the technology market.
