Demarest e Almeida advises Hyatt Group in São Paulo project

Brazilian firm Demarest e Almeida Advogados has recently counselled Morumby Hotéis Ltda, an affiliate of the Hyatt Group, in connection with a US$61-million project finance arrangement extended by Overseas Private Investment Corporation. The deal involves the construction and operation of a de luxe international business hotel and complex in São Paulo, to be called the Grand Hyatt São Paulo.
