Demarest and Clifford Chance set up BVA bond programme

Demarest e Almeida Advogados has advised Brazil's Banco BVA in seting up a US$500 million securities programme, with Clifford Chance LLP acting as deal counsel, representing both the bank and lead arranger BCP Securities.
