Delmar Ugarte, Rebaza Alcázar, Rubio Leguía and Clifford Chance in Peru port loan

Dutch port operator APM Terminals has retained regular counsel Delmar Ugarte Abogados to obtain a US$217 million loan from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to fund the expansion of the north terminal of Peru’s Callao Port.
