Delaware court supports El Rosado fraud claim

A Delaware court has denied a motion to dismiss a legal dispute between feuding members of Ecuador’s Czarninski family over the ownership of the El Rosado US$1 billion business empire, paving the way for the daughter of the conglomerate’s late founder to gain access to the fortune she claims her brothers have kept from her.
