Davis Polk, Payet Rey, Milbank Tweed and Miranda & Amado in BCP exchange offer

The New York and São Paulo offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Peru’s Payet, Rey, Cauvi, Pérez, Mur have advised Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) in its offer to exchange up to US$365 million worth of debt.
