Davis Polk, Milbank and Clifford Chance in Arcos Dorados IPO

Davis Polk & Wardwell has helped Arcos Dorados Holdings, the Latin American franchiser of the McDonald's Corporation, raise US$1.25 billion on the New York Stock Exchange - a third more than expected thanks to Brazilians' appetite for the fast food chain's burgers.
