CSN wins funding boost through railroad concession restructuring

Barbosa Müssnich & Aragão, Tojal, Teixeira Ferreira, Serrano & Renault Advogados and LC Sturzenegger Advogados have helped Brazilian steelmaker CSN restructure a concession to build a railroad located in the northeast of Brazil as well as upping the project’s government funding to 7.5 billion reais (US$3.4 billion).
