Cruzat, Ortúzar represents SR Telecom in the merger of its subsidiary CTR with Gilat Satellite Networks

Cruzat, Ortúzar & Mackenna (Baker & McKenzie, Chile) has advised SR Telecom in an agreement with Gilat Satellite Networks, a provider of products and services for satellite-based communications networks under which Gilat will acquire 13 per cent of CTR in exchange for access to Gilat’s Chilean telecommunications networks assets. The deal was closed in July.
