Creditor groups decry Oi’s latest restructuring plan

Two bondholder factions of collapsed Brazil's Oi have denounced the terms of a new restructuring plan put forward by the wireless carrier, with one of the groups petitioning a Brazilian court for a public hearing in order to question the company's directors.
