Mexico failed to get arbitral award reduced in NAFTA case
A court in Canada has rejected Mexico's attempt to reduce an arbitral award by more than half by arguing that the tribunal should not have extended compensation to a corn syrup producer in the US as well as its Mexican subsidiary.
