Court overturns sections of São Paulo’s consumer code

Souto Correa Advogados has helped Brazil’s Electrical and Electronics Industry Association (ABINEE) file a request to review the Municipal Consumer Defence Code of São Paulo (CDC-SP), which the Court of Justice of São Paulo consequently ruled as null and void.
