Counsel win tenders for Costa Rica treaty claims

Herbert Smith Freehills and Arnold & Porter LLP have won tenders to defend Costa Rica in a pair of treaty claims brought by mining and real estate investors, according to government documents that shed light on the going rates for counsel services in investment arbitration.
